On 14th May 2026, Male Allies UK hosted the UK’s first ever National Allyship Summit.

Powered by Scottish Widows, with research shaped alongside KPMG and FTSE Women Leaders Review, the Summit brought together senior leaders from across 23 sectors including business, government, finance, media, law, policy, education, infrastructure and inclusion.

Our aim was simple: to move from gender division to gender dialogue. What followed were candid conversations about where allyship is now, what closes gaps in practice, where we go next, and how we sustain momentum and accountability, as well as a clear roadmap for the future.
