Voice of the Boys report
We’ve been talking about boys a lot, but have we been talking to them?
Fuelled by a curiosity to understand what it’s like to be a boy in 2025, we spoke to over 1,000 boys in secondary education across England, Scotland, and Wales. We wanted to understand what’s on their minds, who they’re listening to and learning from, and what they need from us to support them.
Exploring everything from a want for but lack of close relationships and physical spaces to be, to AI girlfriends and manosphere influencers, we’ve brought the voice of the boys to you.
Parenting in the Age of AI: The Guide
How does AI show up in our children’s lives? Is it all bad? How do we parent in this new age of technology?
After hearing concerns of parents – and following on from our findings in the Voice of the Boys report – we’ve written this guide.
It covers what to look out for, questions to ask school, and how to support your children while helping them look after themselves.
Download the guide below but remember: stay calm, stay connected, and keep the conversation going.
Shaping Gender Balance – Perspectives from Senior Male Leaders
Launching at the National Allyship Summit on 14th May, our latest research report: What do senior male leaders, across the FTSE 350 and 50 biggest private companies in the UK, think about gender balance?
This report created space for senior male leaders across the FTSE 350 and the UK’s 50 largest private companies to speak candidly about what they believe drives progress, where barriers remain, and how organisations can build more balanced leadership pipelines.
By listening directly to the men making hiring, succession, and promotion decisions, we can better understand both the opportunities and the obstacles to achieving lasting gender balance at the highest levels of business.
