About Lee Chambers

Lee Chambers is the CEO of Male Allies UK.

After a personal journey which caused him to reframe his masculinity, and years spent researching allyship and inclusion as a business psychologist, Lee founded Male Allies UK in 2023.

He regularly speaks on stages across the world about his journey through chronic illness and fatherhood, and how reframing masculinity and engaging in allyship benefits men’s wellbeing, careers, and personal lives.

Lee was awarded the Freedom of the City of London for services to equality in business and outstanding contribution to gender equity at work, as well as being the 2023 UN Women Changemaker of the Year for his work on male allyship and gender equity. He was recognised as a Marie Claire Future Shaper alongside Harry Styles and Tom Daley, and was the first Black British scientist to receive the Kavli Fellowship of the National Academy of Sciences.

He sits on the board of CMI Women and Manchester Met Business School, and has had an entrepreneurial journey that has seen his businesses feature in the Startups 100, the British Business Excellence Awards and the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.
