Male Allies UK partner with Credit Strategy
Male Allies UK is proud to announce a new partnership with Credit Strategy, marking an important step forward in driving inclusion across the credit and financial services sector.
Credit Strategy have been working hard to make the financial sector fairer and more inclusive. Their Women & Diversity in Credit Steering Committee launched the industry’s first DE&I survey, which led to the development of a new Allyship Toolkit, and has re-opened their 3-month mentoring programme for a second time.
This collaboration is focused on engaging more men in the allyship conversation, helping to normalise inclusive behaviours and strengthen industry-wide participation in diversity initiatives. Meaningful progress happens when men are equipped, empowered, and inspired to take action. By working together, we create practical pathways for organisations and individuals to move from awareness to impact.
This partnership represents a collective commitment to building more equitable workplaces where inclusion is embedded into culture, leadership, and everyday behaviours across the industry.
