The male allyship continuum

Our allyship continuum shows the different mindsets men can have when it comes to gender equality. Attitudes range from combative to curious to agents of change.

Everyone in your workplace will be somewhere on this continuum. It doesn’t matter where they sit, we meet men where they’re at and work alongside them to move them step by step along the continuum.

The CAUSES framework

Creating change takes more than awareness. It takes structure, motivation, and support.

We know that even well-intentioned men can struggle to translate belief into action. Many ask: Where do I start? How do I keep going when it gets uncomfortable?

That’s why we created the CAUSES framework — a practical, human-centred roadmap for developing confident, consistent male allies. It helps men connect their values to everyday behaviours and sustain their growth long after the training room.
